Does Accuracy ever get boring

Post by MISSED »

HW100 in 22 cal 3 magazines (42 Shots)through the same hole at 25m.It was down to 100 Bar so I was unsure whether to keep going and wreck the record.

Well if you really want to know your shot count that nay tell you something. Keep going next time if 25m is the range you want.

I shifted to another target and put 12 of the next magazine into the one hole.

I really need to move out the 40-45m

It has been worth the wait.
So no threads on trying different pellets, adjusting regulators, washing pellets, cleaning barrels or correct hold. Boring

Hard to tell Seddo as the coreflute backing spat a piece at 4 oclock which gave the hole a lopsided look.

Bruce Gavin has Tuned the 100 for JSB Exact heavies but I am still waiting for mine to turn up so I grabbed a tin of Barracuda Green 12.35`s just so I could shoot it.The LGS did have some Barracuda power 21.14gr which shoot ok but I am going to reserve them for furries. It is not hold sensitive at all unlike some spring guns apparently and I reckon Gavin has a lot more knowledge on Tuning than I sooooo I reckon I will leave the reg alone.

Leave the reg well alone Andrew. Neither Gav nor I want to see the rifle on our workbenches because some "Nuf Nuf" decided he had to frig with the reg. We both have the gear to reset the reg but don't want to. I have seen quite a few disasters from the importer's to do list. Please don't add to that list.

You forgot about those who used to swage pellets. Swaging was all the rage...

Andrew, remember me, Geoff? George was the one who sold you the scope. He broke it and I made it better............... Posted yesterday.

It's already been broken and made much better many times by Gav.

Great start with your Hw100. I don’t think accuracy ever gets boring.

Be good to see how it shoots at 50 and a 100 too. A lot of fun can be had at the longer ranges with a PCP air gun and small targets.
