Is the firing pin exposed at the rear of bolt, just hit it with a hammer.

It's in devcon mate. It's going nowhere.
Can you heat the metal, and/or rapidly cool it? That may shock it loose.

I use an iron on top of the action if it won't let go. But then I also don't use devcon.

The heat shouldn't affect the devcon. But the blowtorch marks on the stock may upset the owner.

I happen to be in possession of photographic evidence of the finished bedding job. I have no idea why people like winding me up but Glen is a craftsman and wouldn't stuff something like this up.
