Woops. Brothers in law down at Shoalhaven Heads are telling me there are heaps of sharks around there as well, following the big salmon schools around, they arent doing much surfing this year.

Shark problems up here as well. Quite a few heads only being boated. However we are being told by the boffins that reef shark population is dwindling.
Cheers,
Trevor.

I haven't been to South West Rocks for years, decades actually.

We used to head up there once or twice a year to dive Fish Rock Cave. (And probably more importantly, to get on the piss).

Not the greatest 5 days fishing for 9 blokes. 12 mackerel, 3 shark, 6 snapper and I got a cobia. My first cobia and mackerel so enjoyed the trip.
We all had a good time with plenty bull shit and shit stirring.
Another good thing was I didn't get seasick, even on the day we went out and came back in after an hour or so. It was touch and go with lumps in the throat . The bottle of red the night before didn't help the situation.
