Was it the year of the big flood that the Magna made it in and out?
So you will be really embarrassed if you get stuck

Don't think it matters what the badge is, none of them work as well as a lsd.

It has so many 4x4 settings it'll take me a bit to figure it all out.

It is shit. Might not be as bad in a manual because it will stall but in an auto it cuts all power until you stop and then applies full power to dig a holekickinback wrote:DSD wrote:Does it have the same shit traction control as the DMAX?Jmc wrote:Izuzu mux love mine

Don't get me wrong our DMAX is a good ute and has done everything we have asked of it and as you have said pulls our trailer excellent, it just has shit traction control and i hate electronic selection of 4wd i would rather a direct stick

Re: Looking at a new 4x4
love my cruiser,no problems at all and will tow and cart anything ive thrown at it.
it just doesnt have the legs to take on trucks past 120kph [towin a trailer]
ive driven modern utes and i know theyve got plenty get up and go [with more to go wrong and at more cost]
but i still wouldnt pass up a good 79td cruiser.

+1, I'm a fan of the 78 and 79 series. Used to work on them years ago....LoneRider wrote:love my cruiser,no problems at all and will tow and cart anything ive thrown at it.
