As per Rabbitz's photo and description. I just measured gap with feeler gauges till neat fit cut a bit of shim material to fit and installed like a washer.

Shims turned up 3 working days after I ordered them.

Trimmed a couple and put them in the bolt. The pin imprint is better. I have added .2mm (2 x shims).

Next time at the range, I'll take a couple of extras to experiment with headspace and misfiring.

Can you let me know where you sourced these from and what dimensions you bought?

I'll do some measurements and probably order some myself.

If you have any surplus that are close in size to my needs I'll happily buy them off you.

For the clubman bolt I needed a 14mm Internal Diameter (ID) and wanted to shim up in 0.1mm increments so the part number I used was:
W0140-FP-020-001-C
Washers - Flat - Carbon Spring Steel - Precision Shim
Nom. ID (d) (mm): 14 OD (D) (mm): 20 Thickness (T) (mm): 0.1

You will need to measure the diameter of the bolt where the shims will sit to make sure you get the right ID.

Thanks for that info. It may inspire me to pull the Sportco out of the safe and do some measuring this weekend.
