Made this

Got the eldest daughter a chef knife by Teddles for her 30th birthday, made up a display board stand thingy for it over the last few days

My old man made the wooden tiles over 20 years ago, thought I would put some of them to good use ImageImage

That's come up very nicely. I like the contrast between the different species of timber.

Would’ve thought you’d throw one of your cleavers in as well just to highlight the quality of teds work.

Looks great.

May I suggest you document the family connections on a card and put that on the back of the board?

Thanks gents, I wish I had more patience to do more of this stuff, takes a lot of time, mainly letting the glue dry.

Marcus, have a go at naming the species, I know most, there are 9 all together.

Glen I am going to make the girls a cleaver each, have another saw blade to use up, thinner than the other I used last lot. Oh yeah you can have one of these .
