BB I use them in my 223 and they group well.I know a few roo shooters who use them.I run BM2 behind them and I have mine going 3300fps.(26 inch barrel and 1:9 twist).
If you get the right load I think you'll like them.

loaded some with BM2 in my 223- didn't like them
Decided to use up some old long opened tins of 2207 and the rest of the box- - .223 loved them- sub MOA and grouped almost the same POI as the Federal 50 JHP American eagle factory load I use ATM.
Think the load was 20 grains- but cannot remember

BB they are 25.3gr of BM2.I took them up close to max of 26gr but the accuracy was best back at 25.3.I run them on big rabbits comfortably out to 200m under lights.

BB if you were using 2219 it was probably 23.1grs.
I will be interesting to see how they come out of the 1:8 twist.I was told mine would put too much torque on them but they shot well.
Do you have access to a chrony? It is always handy in load developement.

Thanks macca, nah i cant afford a chrony at the moment. You are probably right about the weight of the 2219.... i have been using a computer programm called "load from a disc" and it still confuses me a little as it lists american powders and then i have to use a comparison chart to find the right powders in aus....

Macca, just went to the shed and got the load data from this afternoon........ 23.1grs of 2219 for 3163fps at the noisy end..... Did you know... according to my programm you can completely fill a 223 (100% capacity) case with BM2 and it will still be a safe load????
well there you go ..... i learnt somthing..

Re: Nosler 52gr .224 HPBT "Shots"
Me too BB.
The BM2 is one of my favourite powders. It goes well in every rifle I've tried it in.
I know a few who use load from a disc and they say it is pretty good.
The proof is when you check it out in the real world.
If it holds up in the elevation estimates when you check it at 200/300 and further then you'll be cookin with gas.
