Post by aussie »

hi, i'm looking at a scope for the 6mm. for long range field work.i'm torn between the lupy vx3 8.5-25 x 50 and the vortex viper pst 6- 24 x 50.the lupy is clear and has a good rap. however i have no experience with the pst. has anybody have the vortex ? or compared the two? thanks in advance

I haven't seen a viper and my loopy experience was two vx 3 4-20 x 40 and sold them both. I found the eye relief too sensitive. Yes I know good shooting requires repeatability and your cheek weld should be in the same spot etc but in my experience there was no margin for any variation with the loopys at all
