First custom knife

Post by trevort »

The reject.

Can you see what's wrong with it? Can't remember what he told me. There is a bit of craftsmanship. The tang is tapered to reduce weight. Look how the scales fit into the bolster. The scales are a native wood. I think he said buloke or bulloak? And you could shave your chin with it.

yeah Bruce, He messaged me today to say the sheath was ready. I told him I would be over at 4 but he was going out. Stuff it I want it for the weekend. He told me where he hid it and I went into his backyard and replaced it in the hiding spot with some notes.

Its coming to Yass
