Nah Rave-0n, you got it right, mentoring can be nothing more than pointing out an advertisement for someone who is on the lookout for something, or all the way up to physically putting said item into the mentoree's hands by the mentorer. You did well for you first effort. :D

And there is nothing wrong with mentoring by laying out a berley trail.....
