Good question, there isn't a serial number anywhere.
When applying for the PTA you no longer have to fill in all the details eg caliber, serial number etc for cat A so when I picked it up just this last Friday from the dealer I asked that very question, does it have a serial number? he said yes here it is in the book but when I got it home I couldn't find a number.
Will have to wait and see when the registration certificate arrives as what he listed it as.
My BB guns and Daisy Targeteer pistol also don't have serial numbers so I have used the patent number as the registered serial number
From your first post it looks like the serial number will be "730".
Nice airgun. Old guns are really good fun. I have a smallframe colt lightning rifle from 1894 that only takes 22 short or longs (not LR), but the little pumpy is great fun down at the range.

Thanks Daisy for looking that up much appreciated and Curan that's a nice Colt, I'm a bit partial to Colts having an 1895 and 1901 SAA and a .41 cal 1886 Thunderer, love the history behind them.
