re bolt change for Winchester mod 70
Hi to everyone, am after some advice on a Winchester model 70 Coyote in 223 WSSM that I have sitting in the cupboard. I would like to re-chamber it to a caliber that uses a 308 bolt face, but cannot find any information, and no one that i know has a rifle that I can try the bolt in mine to see if it will fit. I also tried Winchester Australia, but they said they could not help me. Is there any one who might be able to help me or guide me in the direction of someone who might be able to. Cheers, Travis.
