Mate it is really easy once you know how:
You know the youtube link to the video right?
ie:
http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=EVVStzYNZsY
Well all you have to do is Press the youtube button and then copy the part of the link that is coloured red in between the youtube tags like so:
Then you get this:
EVVStzYNZsY

Have you uploaded it to Youtube?

In that case all you need to do is link to the original video on Youtube, rather than saving it on your computer.
It's as Keith said - click the Youtube tab (on the right beside the smilies) and copy the URL of the video in between the boxes that appear.
