Got it. All good, it took me a few days to work out the reply I though I had sent hadn't actually gone anywhere.

Still not working, I tried replying to a message Glenn sent me and get 'Some users couldn’t be added as they do not have permission to read private messages'

I think the error message is a bit misleading.
Looks like Glenn has at some point inadvertently turned off the setting that allows other to send him PM's.

Glenn, you'll need to visit 'Board Settings' in your profile (you'll need to 'edit your profile' to get to this option.
Then in the 'Global settings' third option down is 'Allow other to send you PM'. You need to switch this to Yes.

I had to test it on my on profile to check it is the culprit.
