Local 300m fly yesterday. This was my 2nd target and that one dropped shot cost me the match.

Although I have never shot competition in my life I can feel your pain.

What were the details of the rig you used ,what projectile and powder.

Nosey barsterd I know :?

300m Mozzie shoot acouple of weeks ago, last target, shanked last shot - going ok till then !

6.5X47 lapua with Berger 130 VLD jumped 0.040 & 37.5gr 2208 in lapua cases CCI br4 primers out of a Stolle grizzly II with a Krieger 1:8Image

Bugger Chappo I bet that ruined your day. Was it just the trigger squeezer or you think something else?

Is that a full sized fly target as well?

Is that a wind chart on the rest leg something?

It is 5 shots. Standard fly target and yes re wind chart. Yeah all me that fooked it up.

chappo, its not to often i see a rifle and fall in love but if if you ever want to sell this let me no :D ,who did the stock on it and do you have his number if you dont mind me asking

Yeah I fell in love with it years ago and only managed to get hold of it when the owner needed to offload it. Don't think I'll ever sell it. Paul read of Aussie rifle stocks did the stock work. The blank was done by the original owner and is a two piece laminated stringy bark wood. I have another blank exactly the same as the plan is to make a matching heavy gun to go with the light gun one day.

G'day all,
just threw out a heap of BR targets going back to '99 many looked like that! :(
100, 200, 300 or 500 and beyond, they all bust ya hard......... :roll:
Makes you wonder why you keep going back............s'pose to learn from your mistakes they tell me! :roll:
