Re: a revision

Yeah the foam block saves a lot of headaches looking for ammo! Thank you Camel. Glenn Missed keeps ...

Re: a revision

I use exactly the same action on my 20 PPC. Single shot right bolt left port. I suppose you would call it a dedicated varminter but I use it for spotlighting all the time. Just recently I was surprised when I emptied the bin to see the amount of empty bullet boxes there was, 950+ shots in the last 1...

Re: Hello (and Neck Bushings)

Yes I know it over works the brass, you have no control over the neck size! You get what you get! I know English is your second language so maybe you should use smaller words! Anyway, Gatekeeper25 here is some info from John Whidden at Whidden dies. http://bulletin.accurateshooter.com/2019/08/choosi...

Re: Hello (and Neck Bushings)

As someone that deals with interference fit with gears, bushes and shafts every day, a failure is ALWAYS traced back to poor measurement. If a Steyr SSG works on an interference fit between barrel and receiver of 0.04 mm, around one and a half thou, running 65K PSI, and doesn't send the barrel down...

Re: Hello (and Neck Bushings)

I run 3 thou neck tension! I have a 17 Fireball, I tried less but ended up with projectiles inside the cases. If a case did not feed perfectly and hung up it would push the projectile in the case. I fixed the feeding issue, mostly but will NEVER use less than 3 thou again. All my spotlighting guns a...
