Hi All, I need to replace the firing pin spring in one of my Sportco Clubman rifles. It just doesn't strike hard enough any more. At the time it was essentially just an office and warehouse - the asbestos had been buried and capped.

Some of the blokes who worked there in the bad old days told yarns about having 'snowball' fights with snowballs made of loose asbestos fibres.

Hey Keith,

I have seen similar when there is a touch point on the underside of the barrel in the channel.

I have seen similar in rimfires when the action screw torque is uneven and the the action is under weird tension.
