i have heard most fill in a safe area or do it under water in a bath tub pool etc, before turning on the compressor. probably not. I used a Crossman CO2 air arm over 20 years ago, It took Crossman CO2 canisters I bought from Mick Smith in Sydney. back then I was quite surprised at how cheap a pack of 10 canisters was... about $5. They lwere exactly the same as your Whipped Cream NOS bottles... but in CO2. They did...

Just wanted to know the what if... I will update my friend that he should not keep sugesting things that might blow my head off!

I know ultimately I will have to go a dive tank... and then even one of Lewis Compressors :)
