I use Talley rings on both my CZ's and have only good things to say about them. Used Sportsmatch rings when I was running a 30mm tube on my CZ .17hmr and only have good things to say about them as well. As for scopes, what everyone else said. Recently sold my T-bolt. It was a nice enough rifle, very very light as mentioned. Mine was a bit finicky with feeding ammo, any ammo that had even a smidgen of lube on it would gum up the mag and it wouldn't feed. Remmy Golden Bullets fed the best, which was shit house because they shot like crap. ...

Personally I would look at other actions that are closer to the cartridge size, Sako L461 or 75, Zastava M85, CZ 527 (if you don't mind detachable magazines), maybe even a Browning A bolt, Brno fox Mod 2. The others are too long in my opinion for what its worth. Tikka T3, one action length right up...
