Re: Don't buy a Colorado
I'm not saying they're bulletproof or the best utes on the market but they are damned good for what they are and they are priced competitively. They are a good honest and reliable vehicle. I also would have preferred a range at the time of buying but now after what I've heard about them I'm glad I w...

Re: Don't buy a Colorado
mate it wasn't only the reliability stakes, the colorados were fairly poorly finished, nowhere near what the finish of the ranger is, which is top of the class, only thing that goes close is the Amarok imo. One bloke down here had his go back 5 times for replacement suspension by 70,000 km, it's ju...

Re: Binos for hunting
Oh a bingo harness is a must too, it keeps them in reach at all times and helps with stability when sitting or laying and glassing.

Re: Binos for hunting
I love my Nikon Monarch 10x42's mate they work real good., had them for two years now and unless they break or I lose them I don't plan on upgrading. They are a little bit out of your price range but worth the extra dosh. My mates latest Prostaffs are surprisingly good as well. Now you might get ten...

Re: Don't buy a Colorado
I dunno, my mates ranger had terrible sagging suspension in the rear end, the leafs were buggered and ford wouldn't replace them as they were still "within specifications". My mate has a BT50 (same engine as the Ranger) and they just re-did $7000 worth of injectors under warranty (with no ...

I've always found their Electric stuff to work well for the price dunno about their petrol stuff. Inherited an old Stihl 024 AV off the old man today. Am going to give...

Well thanks for that detailed response Missed. I've never had an issue with it until around 1730 yesterday. Unable to connect since. Looks like I'll be on the Savage/Rossi/High road forums that still work. Cheers, Tex. It must be you mate as Tapatalk works fine for me on an iPhone. Have you got the...

Re: Don't buy a Colorado
What's the consensus like now? Are the Colorado's worth it, in particular the 7? I dunno mate but I love my one it hasn't yet skipped a beat and is just a good honest ute. The Colorado group on FB is active and the problem people seem to have is that some burn oil but mine hasn't, I haven't had to ...

Re: Best Fox Whislte Original
Fox's will respond to sounds that don't resemble anything in the local environment! Pretty sure I've never heard a rabbit sound exactly like a tenterfield fox whistle before. The yanks will often use sounds not in their local environments to get the attention of coyotes who get called at a lot. Some...
