Hijack but I think camel has the info he was looking for, what loads are people using with 2207 and 40g vmax/zmax? I am using the 40g Sierra pushed along by 22g of 2207 for a speed of 3520fps over the chrony. Had previously used the Nosler 40g Varmagaedon pushed along by 21g of 2207 for a modest 31...

No experience with pigs (or the 357) but from experience with other larger animals a higher shoulder shot will be more effective, still just as dead but on the ground a lot quicker

Gotta admit I am pretty careful when setting up my chrony but only to make sure I don't shoot the bloody thing
