I have a dreamline classic in 22cal and it shoots great. I get 4 mags before it drops of the regulator.

Re: Cleavers for cheap barrels

I picked up a 1 in 12 twist barrel they are stamped .223 and are not pre chambered.
I haven't measured it yet to see if that is the bore size or not.

Re: Cleavers for cheap barrels

222 rem rimless on a martini cadet action, Only looking for about 3200fps with 40gr projectiles. I am not chasing velocity its more about the rifle itself being fun to shoot and to fill the gap between my 22k hornet and 223.

I had one many years ago that I have always regretted selling.

Re: 17wsm

I think from memory when sporting shooter reviewed the win low wall 17wsm, Uncle Nick said he would not recommend it to anyone because of its inaccuracy.

Re: dont give up on worn barrel

Interesting concept I might have to investigate this a bit more Do coat the projies in a jar in a case tumbler ala molly Dave just rolls the projectiles in the talc powder, It works the same as polishing a rough bore with JB bore paste but probably gives you a more even polish because you are worki...
